Yeah, next to impossible to tell it's crows feet from the pic with the light refraction, glare, shadowing, etc. Glad you found somewhere willing to do the work for a more reasonable price.

My 04 Intimidator has that cracking to. I was told it's caused by regular and rapid temperature change during the winter (engine heat) but it seems a little to uniform across the entire thing to take that seriously.

Agreed I have never seen that my self. Get another quote and do more investigating.
