Default Bumper issue..

So I've ran into a big problem last night while trying to install oem fogs. However, the oem fogs didn't fit right into my bumper. I'm guessing that the factory bumpers from 06 & 07 for ls models with inserts, weren't made for fogs.

Nothing to cling ANY screws to
AND
they didn't fit in the inserts.

I jammed them in, so they stuck right in and reinforced with duck & electric tape and tapped my wires & all and this is end result. But anyone know how I can fix the bumper issue without replacing or murdering it?
