Headlight covers are illegal in like 48 states or something. They do decrease light output at night, which is why they're illegal.

Don't use VHT on the headlights, you can get it off without ruining the headlights, you will decrease the output and you will probably get pulled over.

Your best bet is headlight covers, risk getting pulled over and take them off as a "fix-it" ticket.

I currently have covers and have had no trouble for them yet but I don't drive much with them on.

if you want a different look for your headlights without it being a problem, then i suggest the black headlight housings. it won't give it that blacked out look, but they're legal and you can still see out of them pretty well.

this too but you will probably need HIDs or you won't be able to see much at all

Yeah with the black housing & no hids light output is less but deff looks good on the car

i guess i don't really know if this is for a 5th gen or 6th. 6th gen lights IMO are about as good as stock. i know 5th gens suck though.

5th gen black ebay lights suck *****. It's like driving with two flashlights.
