Default Bird poop on paint

So I have been sick for about 4 days now, today is the first day where I have really felt better. Well I went out to wipe down my car mainly to just get out of my bed that I have been stuck in. And I had bird poop all over my car, I have no clue how long it was there because I was never informed of it otherwise I would have got my but out of bed and wiped it down. Anyway, I noticed that the bird poop had messed with my paint a little. Does anyone know if I were to polish it, would that repair the paint? Thanks for any help guys.

Keep a bottle of quick detailer with you for the bird poop when you first notice it.

Yes you can compound or polish it and then follow it up with wax and it should disappear. If it's really into the clear coat you can clay that section, then do the compound and polish and wax.

Yea normally I take care of it as soon as I can. I even carry some quick detailer and a couple rags in my trunk incase I get off work or whatever and I have bird poop on it. But I had been sick for like 3 days and hadn't gotten out of bed until yesterday when I finally felt good enough to go out and wipe it down. I need to get a tarp haha. But thanks man, It's supposed to be nice out today so I'll go out and give it a good polish and wax and see if that helps. It needs clayed to, so hell I may just do the first big wash of the year lol

Haha, this was funny Space. I wish I had some where else to park but I have one tree that spreads it's limbs across pretty much the whole drive way and down around the street as well. I just need to get a nice tarp
