Smile 7th Gen Fog Covers
Stumbled across an Ebay auction for only one of these after searching for months to no avail. Luckily they included the part number.

#15776171

~$70 for two shipped from gmpartsdirect, slightly under list price. Hope this helps anyone else in need of them.

are they actual tinted covers?

No, they're the chrome covers that come with the stock fog lights
