Unhappy 2002 Monte Carlo SS, got backed into a wall, DIY repair?

Hello all, Poor College Student here! My best friend was trying to parallel park my Monte last night and backed into a brick wall. The right bottom bumper is now scratched up and the paint is chipped. I don't have $1,000 to drop for my insurance premium, so I was wondering if I could fix this myself. I will post a picture of it tomorrow when the sun is out.

If it isn't self fixable... How much would you guestimate they would charge me to fix it?

The paint is chipped like I said, but I do not believe there are any black spots, just scratched paint.

Thanks!

- Ember

Ahh hard color to find in spray paint for touch up, if its just the bumper u can prob get it fixed for a few hundered depending on what shop u goto & how bad it is, once u get pics up i can give better advice on what to do lol

Thanks for helping =) I'll do it first thing in the morning! I just saw online rear bumper covers. Wish I could just find a maroon one and replace the whole thing.

I did look on ebay, and there a lot of black metal ones. I guess they would have to be painted all together?
