$1200 sunroof!?!
So a week or so ago i put my sunroof back on a nice hot sunny spring day while i was at my school playing in a baseball game. When i came back and went to put it back forward, nothing happened. It had been making a lot of weird noises like something was sticking but i was just hoping that nothing serious would happen. I had already taken it to the dealers this fall to have it worked on because it was sticking, and they had " fixed it ". It was taken back to the dealers where i had bought it, and long story short the final bill came to $1200!! 800 for parts and 400 for labor. They had to replace the whole unit minus the glass. I would have just as soon ripped the glass plate off and siliconed it back in the hole for good then pay that much!

Hi `Tyler,
That sucks 4-Sure
If you did not give them permission/approval 4 their repair
estimate ? I would not have approved, or paid.

a problem we had a customer come in with at our body shop...his kid got a pencil lodged in the track of the sunroof on his cavalier. after an hour or so of troubleshooting it, we finially decided on taking the thing out... soon as we flipped it over the damn pencil fell out on the floor .. lol
