Today I think Im going up to school to check out the AutoX races. Should be a cool event this time. Usually they start early in the morning and not alot of people show up. Today they are starting at noon and running into the night and under the lights.

Went to the movies with the wifey, son, and brother.
Wifey and son decided to leave early because Noah wouldn't stop yelling "ya! Ya!" every 5 seconds in the movie theater. He's just turned 1 so it's understandable, but i didn't want him to ruin the movie for everyone else.
We went and saw "DIstrict 9" which was a very good written and directed movie.
Very very very good movie.

Oh oh oh, Friday night we came across another Intimidator, we caught up to him and said "Nice ride," he said "Thank you" ..passed him and got behind us, then he horned, realizing we also had an intimidator.
Then Saturday night we saw him again, and he said "nice Ride" ...we laughed.
Right now, we are getting ready to go to Denny's to meet the in-laws for some food and gathering.
Hope your weekend is going good!

well, i just finished my lil story / pics over in sights & sounds, its labeled "my summer project".... bring some tissues! a link, so no one gets lost (space.... lol)

https://montecarloforum.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=15397

space, i have to say the junkyard where that monte sits is one of the coolest places around! most of the stuff is inaccesable in the summer, every time i go there with my dad we find a new section / bunch of vehicles and it has at least one example of almost anything a person could think of that was made after the 1920's.... cars, trucks, vans, bigtrucks, lawn tractors, pushmowers, engines, transmisssions, wheels, campers, appliances, industrial equipment, tractors, divco's, and just MOUNTIANS of scrap metal with lots of neat stuff mixed in.... it's the ultimate gearhead treasure hunt!!

'brock, your only goin in for your junior year? i thought you'd be a seinior? oh, well, have a good year. my crappy district decided that we should start before labor day, but they can kiss my a$$, imma make the best out of my last summer vacation, lol

space, the cool thing is that the yard pictured above rivals the one you posted in size, im pretty sure its over 100 acres, plus the variety / amount of cars cannot be beat! only differance is that the one i went to has alot of newer stuff mixed in with the old, and alot of just.... junk!

Well the autoX was uh... boring to say the least. They sure did hype it up for the little bit of cars that ran. They charge 30 bucks to run so Im not surprised no one showed. Only like 8 cars were there.

Space, I did get the bar installed. I have a pic in the original thread.

Not too much going on here, it's raining. I just got back from cleaning my Dad's house and just ate lunch. I want to grill some burgers tonight for dinner so I hope it stops raining soon.
