Why is no one buying this car?
Man, I want this bad.. Trying to sell my other cars and get it if it doesn't sell. What do you see wrong with it other than the 06/7 emblems?

1985 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. Black exterior with burgundy interior. Interior in good shape, needs cleaned. Needs body and mechanical work. Perfect for doing a frame up restoration project. Does not run, engine needs rebuilt or a new engine.

One reason could be that the car might be a clone. 99% of 4th gen Montes for sale are advertised as being an SS. But how many of them are a real SS? You have to run the VIN number to see if it's the real thing.
Aside from that. Not a lot of people want to get into a car that the seller admits needs a frame off restoration. Too much time and money involved for most people.

No close up photos and no passenger side pics? That in itself would be of instant concern to me. The VIN indicates it's a real SS, but I would want some close up photos (including the VIN and body plates) to see if the panels align, obvious signs of body repair, etc. It also looks like it will need new rear springs/shocks the way it is sagging. Either that or they forgot to take the bodies out of the truck before taking the pics.
