Default 95 monte carlo, starts runs dies...why oh why?

Hello, I'm Brian K! I love, or should I say used to love my Monte. Ive put 3k in the last year in her cuz I just cant let her go, but this time....im stumped.
Car starts, gets hot, stalls and dies.
codes so far are
p 0341
p1650 (qdm) B fault

I Don't understand these numbers, can anybody help me?

My uncle turned the idle screw a little. I know, don't do that.
Whats base idle, and how do I set it?
Whats wrong with these scan readings?
I have scan readings from cold start to 208(hot) when it started acting up,
theres a lot though.
