Why is the Mustang V6 limited to 112 MPH ?
(But do their driveshafs blow off over 115 MPH ~> WOWThanks Mr`Monte for posting that information.
My intent is to not thrash the Mustang, but to point our what Ford & many companies are doing to cut cost/weight to get better MPG's because of the high cost of gasoline

I personally like the new Mustang, but I like the ZL`1 Camaro's more
I also like the Shelby's, but if I hit the lotto, it would be a new ZR'1 instead....OK, I just finished work & going to dreamland to dream about cars & get my daily reCharge

...LoL "I don't know
, what do you think
that I'm some kinda Intelligent Alien from another Planet"
LOLI hope one of our expert member's knows the answer.
I'M sure that there has to be a aftermarket performance drive shaft on the market, or there will `be (?) or should `be
I've witnessed clutch & flywheel blow at the drags, and they did not have scattered shields, and I've seen DriveShaft or U joints break & flip a car when the U Joints break from Stress
POWER COST in more ways then $'s sometimes 4-Sure,but I still like to see what my ride is capable of ?
We've been taught to TAKE IT 2 the MAX
,but ZomeTimes

We BLOW `UP

LOL ~>
At the car-show yesterday, I did really enjoy the Mustang that I sat in.
But I also really enjoy sitting in the Camaro. And yes I do realize I have a lot of brand loyalty
The mustang wasn't that terrible, it was very comfortable. I just don't like them as much.

They are both great car's but in the end I'll own a Mustang over a Camaro for a couple reasons. 1. Mustang is faster, 2. Mustang doesn't have a horrible blind spot as where the Camaro does. 3. Camaro makes me feel claustrophobic. 4. Only thing "retro" the camaro has is the gauges on the center console.
You want my opinion, which muscle car looks most retro? The Dodge Challenger. Yup the slowest one in the pack and looks the most retro.
Still would pick the Mustang over any of them though.

I would also think they want to make sure the V6 'Stangs are significantly slower than the V8's, not sure if that has anything to do with it though.
As far as the appearance of the new ponycars goes, they "chopped top" look of the Camaro is still not growing on me.
