I'm heading up to Moore, Oklahoma for a carnival, car show, and fireworks show this Sat.

 

I'm heading up to the Poconos. My parents are holding a large barbecue party for friends. My girlfriend and her parents are heading up also. It's going to be fun because a lot of people that are going are friends of my Dad's from before he was even married and hasn't seen them all in 20+ years. So it's kind of like a reunion and a party.

Oh and I bought a bunch of fireworks to shoot off ;P

 

Not doing much special for the holidays.

Here in the Detroit/Windsor area, we had our annual fireworks display last wednesday. Why it's over a week early is beyond me. They're meant to celebrate Independance Day and Canada Day (July 4th & July 1st).

It may be because the same fireworks company does the New York fireworks every year. That's about the best explanation I can think of.

i dont really know what we are doin, we might fire up the grill and have soe friends, or go down to jersy if my dads old friends are doin anything. or we might try to get them up here

 

We were going to light up some fireworks this year, but i cant see myself spending $300+ on Fireworks. I was thinking of firing up the grill also, but its just us 3 ( we dont have any friends outside of the internet ). So thats why were heading out of town for the day. I'll probably just spend about $100 and not worrya bout cleaning up afterwards. LOL

 

i'll be a bunch of places - my brother is having people over so i'll be there early afternoon, then later on i'll be going to my best friend's, she is having a combo 4th of july/graduation/birthday party for her daughter. then i'll be meeting my bf at his best friend's combo wedding "party"/4th of july celebration. it will be a long day and there will be tons of food! somewhere in all that i will be attempting to watch the race at daytona, although by the looks of the weather forecast they might not run the whole race if any!

 

I'm not doing too much. My Dad will be in Atlanta visiting my Sister. I will probably go to some local fireworks shows on the 3rd and 4th. Probably have a cook out. Sunday I will be attending another car show.

 

Probabaly gonna screw around. I just want to cover main street in the little black cat poppers. Or bubble wrap. So it just sounds funny lol.
