What do you think of the new Chevy Cruze ?

It's ironic that I feel the same way as you Brittany. Because that's how some people feel about the 2000-2005 Monte Carlo SS. Those same people think that our 2004 SS Monte's are an embarassment to the SS name also. Even with the supercharger. But back on topic...
I hate how Chevy slaps an SS on everything. Apparantly all that is required for an SS badge is a better stereo and leather seats.

Want:
2.0 turbo
6 speed manual
larger wheels
lowered suspension
HID headlights/foglights
dual exhaust
upper grille delete
black leather interior
I think that would make a cool little package. Honestly, I wouldnt buy it with any of its current engine choices. I dont need 5 more mpg bad enough for such a small, underpowered engine.

i third that issue on the ss vehicles, completely agree with spin em, and taz, but i guess if its a marketing scheme for chevy to sell cars and stay in business without turnin to the goverment, i'll be ok with it. besides, the days of factory made big block SS's are over, not that i want them to be, but so much of the world is caught up in everything environmental. Oh well, if you want more power, you gotta make it yourself

that is a strange, genaric ugly little car IMO, in all honesty im not really liking the direction chevy is going in the styling department with their new models, i think they look more like nissans or hyundais than anything else. but i guess if there is a market for ugly cars, which judging by how many fugly imports i see there is, then i guess it could be a step in the right direction. i'll miss the 2 door cobalts though.

LOL `Michael, Do you own GM Stock LOL
I've never seen one yet, but I think GM is trying to compete with the Honda Civic & Toyota Corrolla's etc....
I would love to test drive one to see how it performs & handles.
I do like the interior design and I don't believe there is a SS version for 2011, but that could change...If they do offer a SS, I hope it has the engine put in2 the Cobalt with some more Bang for the $'s....
Time will tell by the sale number's of production...
Thanks `Michael for your post(s)
