what do you LOVE about your monte?

That it's mine, and not your's!! LOL

1. Always wanted a 4th gen Monte. Ever since they were new. It took me 10 years but I finally got me one. Okay it's not the SS model like I first thought. But there's a lot going for my LS the SS can't claim.

2. Loved the styling of the 6th gen ever since they were new. Thought they looked a lot like the 4th gen cars, and that it would be 10 years before I could afford a 2000 model. But somehow a 2006 came in to my life while they were still new.

hehe I'll do y'all a favor & keep this short & sweet....I love absolutely everything to do with my monte besides the fact that it came with every option from the factory except the sunroof kinda weird if you ask me but if it was that or the supercharger, I would most def rather have the supercharger other then that I hate that it's got tons of scratches in it from the last owner & other stuff like that but that doesn't really count lol

Depending on how deep the scratches are, a wet sand and a buff will get them out - there's no way to do that by hand and get the results you want.

I had the car buffed for my birthday in Pensacola but it didn't really help, if anything it made the road rash on my hood & everything more noticeable. I've decided that unfortunately I'm gonna have to start saving to have the car painted piece by piece starting with the back bumper. The back bumper is by far the worse from the dumb dumb dragging stuff across it to put stuff into the trunk, my friend Stevie saw me detailing it one day & was like omg your back bumper has more scratches in it then my entire Cobalt. It was very irritating, I'm pretty good at covering them up when I give the monte a full detail before shows

For much of the same reasons - comfort for a 5'18" guy, price, looks, heritage, gadgets and such. But what I like the most is the uniqueness. You just don't see a lot of MCs on the road, and when you do it's cool to get a nod or thumbs up from the other lucky driver.

I love EVERYTHING about my Monte.

- Comfortable. I am not exactly a small person (6'1"ish, not in the best shape, etc.) and I am completely comfortable in it.
- Loaded with all of the features from the factory, PLUS a Remote Start added in by the previous owner.
- XM Radio. Can't live without my music.
- It's unique. Not many other Monte SS's on the road around me.
- The color. I love the black/silver combination.
- The Pinstriping. The silver/red pinstriping kind of give it a Dale Sr. look to it, which I love.
- The fact that one of my female friends said I won't have a hard time getting girls with it :P
