Morning... im dealing with horrible itching from an even worse sunburn I contracted sunday.

 

Good morning all, the dogs got into a skunk this morning. lol they stink. Hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and dishsoap bath took care of the stink on them but the house still stinks.

Great news, my wife's bone marrow biopsy came back clear!!! The chemo worked. She should be home in a week or so, after all her blood counts return to normal. I think she's still going to have to spend a week or so per month in the hospital for more treatments, but for now, we're happy.

Good Afternoon.
Start the day (Since i woke up around 11 a.m ) with washing the Monte, getting a hair cut, packing for my trip to the Dominican Republic and then driving about 2 hours to my step grandparents where i will later get on a plane with my Father, step mother, half sister, and step grandmother to the Dominican.
The trip will be a combination of deep sea fishing and relaxing

My calipers look great, i might be able to take some pictures after i clean but idk if ill have time to upload them!

Not much to do here today. Was gonna wash the car but it's gonna rain later supposedly. I'll have to do it tomorrow I guess.

I just got back from selling "The Beast's" old shoes. $400 on Craigslist! Sweet!

 

Afternoon all. I have been fighting plumbing today. I hate doing things over and over and wasting money. Must have spent a 150 on parts the last 3 days when it should have nly been 20.00. Its all good though. I got a fridge and washer and dryer installed and I have been working on the dishwasher today. Just replaced the water shut off vfor the dishwasher so hopefully it will not leak this timewhen I turn the water back on. plan is to get it finales next monday and start moving in.

Well, I don't know if you guys remember, but I received an email from a potential inquiry about a new job position. I answered all of the questions they asked me and responded back. Weeks pass and today I get a message on my cell letting me know when they can set up a job interview. I'm so mad at myself I didn't pick up the phone but I was driving to work at the time. I called the number back and hopefully they will call back to set up an interview. This is my dream job.

i had to take my 91 lumina in to the mechanics today. luckly they are my friends so they usually trade me labor for detailing their cars but come to find out the poor old car had a broken strut cartridge on one side and a broken spring coil on the other(both in the front)..lol i had been wondering why i had been leaning and making noise in the steering. i guess it is a good thing i only drive it around town. I have been putting this off for awhile but glad she is all fixed now...rides like a caddy
