Morning All,

Today is looking better than yesterday started. Foggy but no dark clouds overhead. Should burn off soon. Hot and steamy soon enough.

After work yesterday I installed yet another Coolant Level Sensor in my wife's Monte - the second in two weeks. This one did the trick (and there was much rejoicing). Apparently the new sensor I installed a couple weeks ago was bad right out of the box. That kinda stinks. But at least there was nothing more serious going on. I was getting ready to simply pull the plug on that sensor if the 'Low Coolant Level' idiot light didn't turn off.

So looks like all is well with the Monte in preparation for our drive to MI this weekend. Good news since we'll not only be driving from AL to MI, but all over MI for a week: Detroit; Houghton Lake; Holland; and a few places in between.

Welcome to Michigan! Hope you enjoy! If you pass a city called Mason that's where I live. (Near Lansing)
We will be at 6 Lakes near Edmore MI drowning worms and camping near my father-in-law waiting on the wife to get her stuff together and we are off!

Morning Monsterious Monte Mates! Maynard (My 93 beatup S10) is all packed and ready to go to six Lakes to do some camping and fishing (just waiting on the wife now) Garage is alomst done (expcept for floor). So taking a break.

Hope every one has a wonderful week and 4th!
I will be of line for a couple of days so see you later!

Have fun fishing / camping. Sounds like fun.

We have friends / relatives all over the state, including the Lansing area. But we won't be too close to Mason this trip. Hitting Detroit area first, then up I-75 toward Houghton Lake, then down toward Holland. If we were heading to Holland from Detroit, then I could wave to you on our way through. Maybe next time.
