Have a good night at work Keane.
The new job is looking pretty good so far. The school district pays for my entire health insurance, covering the whole family. I better try to stay and retire from this one.

It's all but final, the background checks still need to come back negative (which they BETTER, unless I forgot about something lol) and I have to go to my family doctor to get a physical Friday and make sure all my immunizations are up to date.
I am considered hired right now. My name was even in the newspaper today, as they did an article about last night's school board meeting and it mentioned the board voted to accept me.

Go meet with the mortgage people at your bank. They will look at your credit, income, and finances and tell you what. You would qualify for. You can then get prequalified and then go looking for houses that fall within your needs and prequalification.

I'm at work. It has been steady but not real bad. Looking forward to lunch soon. I have olive garden left overs from the other night. It should be good.

Yeah Zach Get preapproved and then find a Realtor to show you the houses in your price range. Remember the realtor works for you.
