i stopped in today at a realtor today. they had a nice house listed but it was a 2 for 1 deal cus the garage sets on the property line

Drew if that Monte isn't a rust bucket it is a steal. If it wasn't so far away I'd buy it myself.

That's a nice 72 Drew. Zach good luck in the house hunt. It will be a stressful process.

Teh new season of survivor is on so I'll be back later.
