It is pretty neat how they work....and they are ok they get great mileage but you gotta be the right person to like em

 

If I'm out with the Chevelle. I can't help myself. When I get next to a Prius. I open the Headers and give it a little gas. Then take off about 1/2 pedal. !! I can't stand anything that say toyota on it.

 

Well move to NC and cruise in season starts in March!! I've already had my Torino in a show. I love that '70 Chevelle. Glad you got a nice place to keep it stored away. Sounds like old man winter isn't letting go up north this year though. So you haven't tried out the new motor yet? Is it just a simple build then, being 425 hp? Just a little street cam or something simple? A guy on the Ford forum just had a 429 that was built with bad rocker arms and screwed up the hole engine when the vl aves weren't opening right.... my grandfather had a cammed up 350 go bad. Don't mean to be the Debbie Downer, just saying... hope all goes well for you, I'm sure it will. Have fun when you get it out... post some pictures for us!
