this sat is the day i go and pick up a 74 454 for my car..i know friday i wont be able to sleep..like the times i didnt for christmas..feel like a kid again..

black paint is basically gone have 1 more area to get but to lazy to get it..id rather have the car running good than looking good and not running..

 

got up at 5:30 am to drive an 1 1/2 hrs to listen to a lifter slap valve cover.could stand and watch valve cover lift.had valve slap also..all on cylinder 7.rest of motor was great..but that one area..didnt get it so on to the next one..

 

Wish I had a big block under the hood of my vette...Maybe someday ?
