I have learned that I have to give permission for anything
to enter my `Mind. I've learned to block/delete the
bad things that attempt to enter.
Just like my computer: Clear/Alt/Delete.
If a problem confronts me, I do everything I can to deal with `it,
and `if I can't...I just move on and don't let it drag me down.
When someone comes in2 your life, they either are a positive
or a negative...I choose the positive.
