Do you rest your wrists on the desk? Is the keyboard higher up than your elboms? I program 8 hours a day, typing constantly and i dont have any problems but that is because i work to use the most comfortable position. Some people find it better to put their keyboard on their lap instead of on the desk. Who ever mentioned a new keyboard has the right idea.

I switched to a more ergonomic keyboard because my wrists were hurting me after a while too. But my biggest problem is my back. Injured my back at work years ago. Wouldn't wish back pain on my worst enemy.

Brittany, I hope your wrists start feeling better soon. Being in pain sux.

Sorry to hear about your wrists, Brittany - my daughter had to same thing when she was pregnant. The doctor prescribed splints and they helped a lot. What show are you going to this coming weekend? I've been looking for shows in this area to go to - don't want to travel too far cuz of the price of gas right now. Let me know if it's anywhere within driving distance of St. Louis (west county).

I'm still dealing with the pinky on my right hand. Its the one I cut my tendons and nerves to back in December. It's very stiff and only bends at my first knuckle and is permanently curved in. They say another surgery may help. I don't know what I'm going to do yet.
