Ughh look at what y'all monte peeps have done to me!
Soo I apparently have to cut back on being on the computer and really anything that puts strain on my wrists bcuz guess what...I'm in my first stages of developing carpal tunnel syndrome we're thinking anytime I am on the computer too long or anything of that nature my wrists start hurting really bad. Yesterday I was on my laptop for hours trying to do a special project to take to car shows with me & I noticed later on that my left wrist started hurting really bad again on the inside (it's been happening off and on lately) and I told my mom. She told me to stay away form the laptop and phone and told me to wrap my wrist in order to keep it straight and so far it's kinda working. So yeah until this pain completely goes away for a bit I probably won't be able to post on here nearly as much it sucks bcuz this is my spring break this week (although it's more like winter break with the few inches of snow outside right now!) and with my first show being this next Saturday. I'll try to get on here quickly as much as possible but in this short amount of time (I'm a quick typer) that I'm typing out this thread my right wrist is starting to hurt. I'm hoping that I'm at the point of no return that's for sure. But anyway just wanted to let y'all know in case any of y'all wonder where the hell I went.

You may need to switch keyboards! I did and it's done wonders for my arthritis/CTS/wrist pinch nerves. I use:
Comfort is key with Logitech keyboards
as well as their wireless trackball, and have found greater freedom when it comes to typing positions. Check them out!

I have found that if you break up your computer time then it helps. If you are on the computer for 15 mins the get up and go do something then come back for alittle bit then get up and so something else etc. It usually works for me. But if I am on for an long period of time then I have to go do something like watch a movie before I can come back.

I haven't had a problem yet, fortunately, uusally my fingers themselves hurt if anything. Youv'e got to do what you've got to do for your health... just drop in and say a quick hello sometimes!
