Nice photos. Thanks for posting.

We decided to take the '03 Pace car out this afternoon for a couple hours. Okay my girlfriend Debbie wanted to hit a couple home improvement stores. She wants a new microwave in red.

Came out of one store (Menards) and found a shopping cart up against the Monte.

Luckily the lower ground effectkept the cart from contacting metal. No paint was damaged either.

If I could have gotten my hands on the person who let go of that cart.....................

Taz, The wheels are definately just for function. They are tiny and ugly but my winter tires will take the monte anywhere.

RJ, when I used to work at Giant Eagle I saw a lady push her cart downhill at the cart return. It completly missed the space and rolled all the way into the QP of another car. They lady got in her car and left. People areA-holes.

My dad had this sweet 03 black silverado a few years back and we drove it up to wyoming to see my mom and sister and they all went into a store and i sat in the back seat listening to music and i hear this loud thud. i look out the window and it was a couple of movers. they let go of cart and it hit the truck. i wrote down plate and phone # on side and when my dad came out he saw it and was mad but never calld them. i woulda.

I was pissed enough I would have done something if I'd have caught the @$$ who let the cart hit the Pace car yesterday.

We went to a car show outside a place called Greenville, OH once. After the show was over I told my girlfriend I'd treat her to supper. We decided to go through K-Mart & Wla-Mart before we ate. Anyways we were driving down the street headed to Wal-Mart after we left K-Mart and these two woman in a white car next to us started acting irritate cause I would let them pull infront of me. Went further down the street, turned in to Wally World and went inside. When we came back out "Someone" (wonder who it could have been?) pushed a shopping cart in to the pass door of my '86 Monte.

I park out in the boonies and no one was parked any where near the pass side of my Monte.

So the cart in the door was a deliberate act.

I told my girlfriend Deb yesterday, "Well there's at least one person who's jealous of the Pace car out there." Meaning the person who pushed the cart in to the car.

Walmart parking lots are notorious for run away carts (at least the one by my parents house - no cart corals). The day before I made my trip down to Springfield IL to sell my Mini I went to Walmart to pick up something. I was only in the store maybe 10 minutes and when I got to my car a cart was right up against the left rear quarter panel. I was like CRAP! I told the guy that there were no door dings or dents. Thank god it didn’t leave a dent just a little paint scratch that I touched up when I got home.
