Just stopped the tears from laughing, after I got another clueless reply from Time Warner's incredible customer service. I suggested they enable my DVR to stop a recording 1 minute early, can already extend a recording, so it has to be possible, RIGHT? Some network "Mowron" (comes with an accent), thinks they can own my attention and dedication by making a show 61 minutes long. Since no TV show will ever run my life, except, maybe, Sons of Anarchy, the decision to delete recording conflicts gets easier every day. Todays tech enables us to see that 61 minute show in many ways, but the DVR service I pay for, should be the easiest. Does this bother anyone else? Should I seek medication and see if Time Warner will pay me back? Or am I
