Hi everyone. Man that flooding in Detroit is absolutely crazy. Praying that damage is minimal and everyone remains safe.

Now on to a major life update about college. I wasn't deemed ready to return from my leave of absence for the fall semester to Nova, but they approved me to take two courses a local college and receive transfer credit for them (something you normally cannot do on a leave). I decided to go to Ramapo College of New Jersey where two of my close friends go for the fall semester, and then I can hopefully return to Nova in the spring of 2015. I'll definitely be graduating behind my fellow class of 2016.

The majority of heavy rain and flooding occurred during the evening rush hour so the freeways were packed and the water rose very quick so those that did get stuck in unfortunate low spots had no choice. There were people that had to swim to the side of the freeway because the water rose so high they were unable to stay with their vehicle to wait for rescue crews. MI State police were sending boats and dive teams to search under water.

Afternoon gang.

Matt that flooding in Michigan is crazy!!! Feels like more locations are getting these flash flood rains more then ever. Some of it may just be poor storm drainage and others may just be nature of the location. But that is nuts!!!

Any case all is good for a Tuesday

Ah, yeah I'm not sure.

Mitch, by the way, nice Trans Am. That hood with those double stacked intakes - good looking cars.

That is some crazy flooding. It is going to take some time to get that all clean up.
