lol, busy blog this morning..

Off to work soon, learning more new stuff today from my manager. Going to try and talk with him about hours and pay and see if I can get anything more.

I was checking the weather earlier today going 5 days out. They are calling for 30-40% chance of rain on Saturday..... I am PRAYING that goes down the closer we get to Saturday (wet car shows are no fun).

If you want, I can let you know a couple locations within maybe 5 minutes of the show that have pressure washers (there is one on rt306 that is pretty much on the way to the show). Or if the weather stays nice, a California duster might handle most the dust clean up.

Learned more stuff today, asked about a raise aaaand thats not happening. in fact its hopeless

Thanks space, im at a crossroad in life for sure and ive got to figure out what way to go. Im told my only potential where I work now is too become some kind of manager. I have to take my last trip and figure out what I want to do. Ive yet to hear back from any job ive applied for so far

 

boy i've been there for that. last time i was unemployed i applied for 50+ jobs and only heard back from one... even took the time to call or stop by the jobs i was interested in to "check in" on the application process. wound up taking the one job i heard back from and hated it. but keep a good attitude and your chin up and things will eventually fall into place. i've earned 3 jobs so far based on having a positive attitude and having good work ethic. toughist part is getting the chance to prove yourself to a possible employer, but like i said eventually something will come along.
