Good Morning,
There was no daily blog, and it says anybody can start, so I gave it a shot.
Hope I didn't screw it up.
1st thing I noticed is its a new month and we need a New Monte of the Month!!
Who's the winner???
I'll be taking afternoon off for a trip to the dentist for my wife and I. Spring cleaning! Our dentist is a ways away, but I like the drive into Toronto.
Hope Ya'll have a good day!!

Good morning all! Thank everyone for being supportive to me in so many ways
Getting MOTM was a great honor, everyone on this site has an awsome ride
Paint shop told me they will have an estimate and plan to save the Deuce's flames this afternoon sometime.

Morning all, had a nice sunny day yesterday, washed red up real good. Then I drove to the parents house, 5 miles of gravel road makes quiet the dust :/ hopefully the rest of the week will be this nice as we have a mini pnw meet planned for this saturday.

Afternoon everyone. And happy April Fool's Day! If you have not gone to ThinkGeek to see their April Fool's creativity, I highly suggest doing so.
As for me, yesterday I worked on the '04 Grand Am. I have restored two items so far that GM removed in that year. GM removed a cruise light on the cluster (activates when cruise is set, required a resistor and LED). I also installed the "reset" button for the oil life monitor (so I don't have to reset it by stomping the gas pedal 3 times in 5 seconds).
I'm working to see if I can restore the Tire Pressure alerting system they had in '99 and then did away with (works the same way as the '00-'05 Monte, based off the ABS speed sensors). That one may not be so easy, as it may be a software issue, but that was the primary motivator for the reset button.
