to me it almost looks like they where cutting the tint on your window the way that one swoops an general shape almost looks as if they cut or recut the litttle window one on it

That almost looks like someone's belt buckle did it while they where leaning over the glass to put your tint on???? If it was vandelism you'd think they do the paint not the glass.

 

It sucks, doesn't it? I'm probably going to have to get it fixed out of my own pocket, but I'm still not done fighting.

Feel bad for you. Expesially on such a nice ride as yours. I would go new glass, that scratch is deep. While it may not help you, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau may help others.

 

Yeah, that's the plan. The BBB will hear about it. Probably today actually. I'll also find them on Yelp and other sites to make sure others know about it.

It sucks that you have to pay for there mistake but whoever did it is not going to admit it, especially now. And whoever did it had to notice it as bad as it is.

 

Looks like they used your glass to cut the tint to me too. I don't know of any vandals who would key/scratch your window. Vandals either key the paint or they smash the glass. Or both. But scratching just your glass? I don't think so.

Make that tint shop's name known!
