Jerry that sounds like a good plan for retirement. One of my buddies has about 30 or so rentals right now. A while back he bought a 5 unit with tenants for 30000. I think he has it paid for just from the renters. That looks like a nice house to rent out but I would change the color of the eaves and downspouts. It makes it look really small.
