I was gonna change my pic again, but maybe another day! Usually I enjoy posting more in the middle of the night cuz the family is asleep and I can post hassle free. Not this time. You are doing a good job of filling in for 'Space BeachBumMike! I think you sound/ post just like him and it is obvious you guys have a similar background. I'm not 100% convinced you guys aren't the same person. I call it the "PolkaRoo syndrome", but I don't know if all members will get that analogy.



I tell 'Space all the time that I'm not convinced he is human or alien. You guys are like a social computer/machine...

Hey guys. Just relaxing after getting home from work. Cold beer does wonders after a long shift at work.

Brent, I think the same thing at times, wondering if Space and beach bum Mike are one and the same.

Thanks for both of you being willing to start the blog though. I would when I get home at night, but for the time being I'm limited to posting from my iPad or my phone which makes starting the blog difficult. I'm very tech savvy, but I prefer to use a mouse and keyboard for stuff like that.

I'm getting ready to head out for my "work party"

Good mornin' all. Still no forward progress on adding the Camaro SS to the stable. Both dealers are standing fast on their pricing (I think they are corroborating with one another to keep the price up) so I refused both offers. On a side note - one of the employees pulled in yesterday in a rust free '70 Monte Carlo looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Needless to say they have my name and phone number should the owner ever considers selling it.

All of the Beach Bum's were raised & taught by the same senior citizens (We all were home-schooled) & had the same teacher's/mentor's. . I went to tech school & Space >college.(*we were all self taught on the `puter) We were all throw away kids or kids that lost their parents..It was like fate that we all ended
'up on a isolated beach in Indian River Co by the ocean....

We all have spend the majority of our life 2gether (almost a 1/4 of a century 2 date). Now, life has changed things >Space is in Lisbon, Portugal on assignment, Tommy (inherited Big $'s) & is temporarily retired (lol). Space's g/f is now a Doctor & finishing her residency, J.D. is working the Miami Port, but is coming back here this month.. Space's grandfather has been the Father to all of us & is the one everyone goes to. We made ourselves a BeachBum Family by choice & we love & respect each other 4-Sure. It was like it was meant to `be.

The Spacerider account is `Space's old account & I got permission to use it by Taz & Staff. I think I've read just 'bout every post/thread & have been Space's sidekick since Space got his 1st Monte Carlo in Dec 2005. Truthfully, I do my best to copy space's posts & threads themes. He is great @ making people smile & happy on here & in life. I'm taller & heavier then Space (lol) I'm 6'0 & 172lbs & space is only 5'9" & 'bout 140 (lol), but he's got a smile & eyes that captures people & makes them feel good.
People notice him when he walks in a room (Space in real life is shy & he doesn't like attention) > I 'do (LOL)....

I'm happy being me, but `if I had to `be someone else, I would want to be like Space or his Grandfather. Space & I both try to be & act like his grandfather.(He speaks true & acts his words + helps everyone he meets) He's the best man we know & have every met.
I hope that I have cleared things `up or just confused you more > (LOL)...It's all good + it added some activity to our MCF
