Seriously Lou - I have never had this happen to me before and it's driving me crazy - but in the end it will be all worth it - no matter which job I end up with.

 

Amy it's not bad, when you ACCEPT you aren't signing a contract. You just have to let them know that a better offer came and you wish to take that.

If they really want you, they might offer more money, etc. But you can then happily decline. You have to do what is best for you, not what you feel the company needs you to do (when you haven't even started there)

Mike I really don't know what the next steps are after I accept the 1st position - I haven't even filled out an application so there is no paper work linking me to the company. So hopefully that will buy me some time to wait if the other offer comes in.

morning all, i think i may of had one to many shots last night but minus the hanging im having an alright morning.. hope this headache goes away soon because i got pool league at the club at 7 so i will be drinking for free tonight! o and i was so excited last night i was playing the fish bowl (gambling strip tickets) and i actually won $40 instead of losing money i never win money or anything so this was awesome

 

Well the Monte is ready for its long trip to Florida this month, changed plugs, cleaned TB, new filters, oil changed, new front rotors, new cat, all ready to go
