Well, today was a great day for weather. In the 70's. Dry, no humidity.

Hopefully it's nice all weekend. We have a new event happening here in Windsor this weekend. June 3rd, 4th, 5th. It's called Beaverfest. Get your minds out of the gutter people! It's a concert featuring all Canadian bands. I even heard of a couple of them. :p I can't go because I have to work all weekend. But if you want to check it out, click the link below.

Why isn't Celine Dion going to be there? Or Alanis Morrissette? Aren't they national treasures? I am actually surprised that the Barenaked Ladies aren't going to be there.

 

well, got the monte back togeather last night and so far so good, no leaks, plus the dead spot in the throttle seems to be gone gonna wait 'till this weekend to drive it around a bit, make sure the coolant system isint airbound.

 

Celine Dion is only a treasure in Quebec. Plus, she lives in Las Vegas now with her grandfather. Oops! I mean, her husband. :p She's above coming back to Canada to do a little concert like this one.

Alanis Morrissette. There's a name I haven't heard in years. I seriously wonder what she's doing now. Could be a housewife living in the Toronto area for all I know.

The Barenaked Ladies still do small concert venues like this one. But the lead singer quit to go on his own a few years ago. Not sure why the remaining band isn't doing this concert. Probably wanted too much money. Maybe they wanted $1,000,000. :p (reference to one of their old songs)
