Morning all.... power came up 11pm last night! Yeah!
Tacher i was so sad to hear of your student brought back some bad memories. Wife broker her neck 2 years ago in a lake swimming acident (diving in shallow water). Glad to hear your student is ok. (wife fully recovered)

Mornin' all. It looks like we're going to have some nice weather for the next 3 or 4 days. I hope the forecast is correct. Last weekend they said it was going to be nice so I washed/vacuumed the car with the intent of taking some pictures. I drove to the local park, got my camera out and guess what...it started to rain. 
Maybe I'll have better luck this weekend. Hope everyone makes a good one of it today and has a great weekend!

Great to read that you got your Power Back 4-Sure...
It's always a reminder when we lose power on how important it is in our modern life.
It's like being put in Survivor Mode : ) It happens all the time
in my area....Back Up generator's are great, but good ones are expensive & a high cost to operate...
Sure hope things get back to normal in your area...

Sounds like I wasnt the only one that got hit with the storm in MI. But I only lost power for about 12 hours. Its funny, we were at the campgrounds when it hit and so many people were upset because they didnt have power. The whole time Im thinking, "If you are camping, you dont really need the electricity." But whatever floats their boat.
Today, my youngest daughter and I will be doing some shopping and mowing the grass at the camper. She is so happy that she gets to ride in "Daddys Fast Car" as she calls it...lol The wife and oldest daughter are going on a field trip to Binder Park Zoo.
