Good Morning everyone. Been busy at work this week and not doing much posting. I do sneak in and read some. Got rained out today but still have probably a 10 hr. day. No paving in the rain.

Mornin' all. I'm sitting here waking up with the high octane blend and trying to decide if I'm going to enter my Monte in the car show coming up this weekend. The deadline for pre-registration is tomorrow. Most of the cars in the show last year were from the 50s, 60s & 70s so I'm thinking an '03 will stick out like a sore thumb. I guess that could work to an advantage though. Decisions, decisions...

You should always show your car if you can, who cares what people think. It's the atmosphere and talking to people that makes the shows worth it.

This morning I was parking and I heard CRUNCHHHHHHH, let off the brake and I don't hear it, brake and I hear it... UH OH. Something I gotta take a look at this weekend, I honestly think the pad came off my brake pad in the rear

Mike, how the heck does a pad fall off? Wow, i'm curious what that is going to come out to be. I hope its a cheap and easy fix.

I would not wait until the weekend to check to see `if there's a problem for sure....I know that you have a fast paced `life, but you have to find the time to STOP & check things `out..

Finally got some rain here last night. My lawn is looking DRY. About two weeks with no rain and high 90's. So last night was a welcomed change. Awesome light show too. Incredible lightning nearby. Apparently some wicked golfball / baseball sized hail just south of here. Luckily it didn't find us.

I see new rotors in your future... If the pad is gone, the rotor probably got scratched pretty bad.
