Mornin guys. Seeing those pics from Detroit reminds me of the Nashville flood in 2010. My (now ex) gf and I were in the Opry Mills mall a few hours before it was flooded. There was even a building floating down I24 at one point. It was crazy. We didn't have as much rain in Nashville itself, but all of middle TN and southern KY all got the same 10-12 inches of rain, and all of that drained into the Cumberland River (which goes through Nashville). They had to emergency drain Lake Cumberland in kY, as the Army Corps of Engineers saw a risk of the damn bursting, which would have flooded every town on the river far worse than they got. All of those towns upstream from Nashville likely would have been wiped of the map had that dam burst.
Hope y'all have a good one. Work had its up and downs, but all was good at the end of the day. Is is probably the first job I've had where I can not be in a good mood at the start of the day, and be in a better mood when I leave.
