thanks if it wernt for the service women and men we wont have any thing so thanks for portecting our rights. the reson why i brouth this topic up is because it is not said enough because of what the service men and women go threw and coming homw they need to here it. even the older men and women who served as well equally if it wernt for them i wouldent be calling Amarica Amarica so thank you who is serving in the u.s. military

Monte07, thank you for the post. Servicemen/women reading this should feel pride in what they do. I work with some of the best people I have ever met. There are a few people out there who joined the services with an ulterior motive, but the majority are genuinely good hearted people with the best imaginable intentions.

Served seven years under President Reagan all over the Far East . N Africa and Bierut half year in the States. The majority of my service was spent within pro-American settings along side military forces with the same goal..Freedom. Russian's were still commis' the East Berlin Wall still stood, American hostages had just been released and Marines walked the streets of Beruit as peace keepers sleeping in barracks at the airport, like I said mostly pro American. I left the service just shy of the first gulf theature and have the deepest respect for all our servicemen and woman who have walked before me as well as those who serve to this day.Semper Fi and God Bless...
