I was on Google images and searched "Monte Carlo third break light cover" and one from zzpdecals.com came up and it said "bad *** Chevy" and the SS was transparent so when you hit the break it would glow. Here's my problem you can only pay with pay pal and I don't have pay pal. Anyone know where I can get this paying without paypal?

 

Call them and purchase it via a Credit Card!

 

You could always make a paypal account and just put a debit or credit card into it and it will work. You shouldn't need to put money on the paypal account itself.

 

I use PayPal for my purchases. It's connected to my debit card. As long as the money is in the account at the time of purchase, you're good to go. They do not required you to have a running balance. And if there is a problem with the product, they investigate it and if you have been swindled in some way they get your money back for you. Just make sure that you do not make your payment as a "GIFT" ! They will not get it back for you then!

Your routing number is the first group of numbers on your check. The second group of numbers is your account number. So if you have a blank check you can still set up a PayPal account!
