I don't really attend concerts anymore. I did in my early days. My first concert I went to was U2 on Dec 11 1984 at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. I was in 8th grade and my dad had to take us LOL! I've seen U2, REM, Midnight Oil, The Alarm, Big Country, Pink Floyd, The Who, Boston, The Cure, The Monkees, The Smithereens, and I'm sure there's more but I can't remember. I too like the smaller venues. The worst is seeing a band in a football stadium - now that's horrible!

x2 on the stadium thing!! there is a huge countryfest every year at Gillette Stadium (patriots) and there's always a great lineup of performers, but it's just not worth it.

i saw the monkees too!!! they played at foxwoods casino and my parents bought me tickets for my junior high school graduation (95?). that was a very fun concert! i grew up watching the monkees show on tv.

i will say one of the best concerts i ever saw was Cheap Trick a few years ago. my ex's band opened up for them so we got to watch them play from the side of the stage. they were amazing and very nice guys. they played for almost 2 hours and they had 2 encores!

Well Jamie I'm jealous of you seeing Linkin Park so we're even

For those of you that have never been to the Sturgis Rally it's pretty crazy, and the Buffalo Chip is where I saw Kid Rock, 3 Doors Down, and Finger Eleven, huge campground with all sorts of stuff going on. The owner calls it the biggest party on earth or something like that and I believe it. There have been years where the attendance was more then the population of Wyoming (~.5 million)

Pink Floyd and The Who are both bands that I would love to be able to see. Saw a laser show in Salt Lake City when I was younger that was set to Pink Floyd, that was pretty awesome.

definitely check out LP if you ever get a chance. they really put on a good show. first time we ever saw them, they'd just released Hybrid Theory, and during the "you...try to take the best of me...GO AWAY!" chant during "A Place for My Head", chester went stage diving into the crowd. as if that wasn't enough, he then proceeded to climb up this big column up to the 2nd story balcony - and then jumped off THAT into the crowd!! i thought for sure he was going to break his neck, but he was fine and kept right on singing (/screaming). one of the other times we saw them brad (the guitarist) kept walking out into the crowd (in the seats) and high-fiving everyone. and another time they played "My December" (my personal favorite LP song) with nothing but a cello and an electric keyboard. it gave me goosebumps.

Heres some shots I took last year at Sturgis, too much movement and low light for me to get any good shots of the concerts themselves but I did get some good video. Oh and get this, Kid Rock was introduced by Dale Earnhardt, Jr. I've got a short video of that too.

The line started about 5 miles outta town on the highway, I'm sure I-90 was backed up a long ways too.

These two were taken while driving my dad's Camaro 'cause my car didn't have taillights at the time. That racecar deal was the loudest thing I've ever heard on a street and I'm sure it wasn't legal. The funny thing is that people were taking pictures of my dad's car while I was taking these.

The Full Throttle as seen on the way out, haven't been there yet...

Only non blurry shot of the 3 Doors Down concert at the Chip without any nudity in it

So do I, the motor barely wound up on it and the guy spun all the way through the intersection at just over idle. I would've loved to see it open up
