My stress comes in spells. I can handle a couple of "crisis" at a time but much more than that and I get real cranky. I try not to let things I have no control over control me but it doesn't always work out that way.
My biggest stressers are worrying about the safety and well-being of my family and pets and finances now with the economy down the drain.

i get stressed a lot at work. actually, mostly at work. when i'm not at work i'm fine. but i still love my job!! just got back from phoenix and leaving for richmond at 4 a.m. on friday. fun

I'm stressed because I am not working a permanent job yet (I have been temping in my field since the end of Sept). Been unemployed for 8 months now and I am getting worried. This stupid COBRA insurance only lasts 18 months and I need to keep continuous major medical insurance so when I do find a job in my field, by law they have to cover me.

as much as id like to say im not stressed i am. 
i can tell when i am because i get the good ol high quality backne. it tends to come around during testing time, summer and when im nervous. which all comes to stress. so much to do so little time

You can't control the bad things people say about you. You can, however, control whether or not they're true! Actions speak louder than words. So make your actions speak louder than their words.
If I go around telling everyone that you were a drunk and a womanizer, when in reality you lead a fairly sober life and were a decent and honest family man; Then I'll have a pretty hard time getting people to listen to me.
