I sure hope some good can happen from this tragedy. It's very sad 4-Sure. Out of control emotions can cause harm & this is just one incident of many on the tracks & on the highways of life.

I would not like to be in Tony's position & have to live with what happened no matter who was @ fault...

Human Life is fragile > Life can be dangerous 4-Real...
It's in the news everyday.... Overload 4 really-sure!

 

It will be interesting to see what happens.

I don't foresee Tony getting charged as Ward walking into his car and allegedly trying to climb on it puts him at fault for the result in my opinion. Even if he didn't try to climb onto the car he ran down the track and into Tony's car.

Anyone with a little common sense would have seen at least an injury coming in my opinion.

 

I think you're right Mitch.

Whether Tony gets charged or not. He'll have to live with what happened. And it'll probably affect how he drives races now.

Unfortunately it takes tragedy to make needed changes sometimes. And hopefully the new rules regarding not leaving your car until track officials tell you will prevent future accidents.
