Default saw something online that gave me an idea

alright you know the early grand ams that have a headlight shape similar to ours. i saw a highly moded one and found out it had projector light made to fit an early 90's civic but they filled the hole perfectly. now my question is how hard would it be to fit it to my fifth gen. maybe i can find a wrecked civic and see if i can get them to work with my old headlight brackets. this is a theory i want criticism

I'm not sure how close of a match those headlights are. I have a feeling even if you did get them mounted in there (which wouldn't be that hard just modify the brackets) that they would look goofy and out of place.

Your best bet IMO is to get your hands on some of those "euro" headlights for 5th gen montes and retrofit projectors into them.

Your idea is probably possible, but I'm not sure how well it will look or if they will fit in the opening.

I dont know if they would fit or not but it may be worth the try. As long as they fill the hole without too much of a gap.

interesting idea, find some in a junkyard i guess. But looking at a set of civic lights they look like they're going to be too small to fit correctly. The car domain page you posted, those are civic light housings on the grand am?

JMO. But I would just modify a pair of 5th gen headlights from a junkyard.

I'm not sure they'd fit/look right... You could do it with Camaro lights, but they look out of place...
