I realize the hardship of work & school simultaneously, but sleep deprivation can take a toll on your health. It can cause depression and cardiovascular problems just to name a couple. As 'Space mentioned, you may want to consult your doctor and see if he recommends a sleep study done.
I realize that, i need a constant work schedule so i can get a sleep pattern going. But its impossible as i work a variety of shifts in a given week. I just left work, now i'll have to sleep later so i can work tonight, sleep sunday and then work monday during the day.

. I've found that nothing good in life is E.Z. & it takes work & dedication.
You should do some net research & also if lack of sleep is hurting your health, then make an appointment with your doctor 4-Sure.
I've been blessed & can fall asleep in less then 3 minutes.
I've always only slept between 4 & 5 hours a day. (it's the way I've been programed) & once I am asleep you can pick me up & move me anywhere. LOL. The other day when I was sleeping & the new tech's needed me in the office 
Bum `Mike told him to come with him & they went to my warehouse apartment, picked me up & carried me to my desk...Then Bum `Mike shouted & sprayed me with water..I woke `up at my desk. (There's many more stories I could tell you that the Bum's have done to me b-4) WoW...I'm a very sound sleeper. "Like a `Rock" (LOL)
A alarm clock will wake me, but storms, noises etc doesn't (?? I don't know why)..I automatically wake `up in 4 to 5 hours & ready to work or party (LOL)One thing I do when I go on my recharge is to meditate & only think/dream of the good things in my life & don't let the bad enter my mind. It's how my grandfather taught me or what he does. I also don't eat anything heavy or drink any coffee, soda's about an hour b-4 I rest. I also have a CD with the sounds of the oceans if the warehouses are causing a lot of noise.
I hope that you take the time to research & take good care of yourself. If you don't take good care of yourself, who will ?

Is it one of those no aliens permitted type parties ? 
I had to get back `up for a work problem & thought I would check in & see `if I missed anything (nope: ) everything seems to be just a lot of empty spaces (LOL).
I hope the light Blog traffic means that member's are out driving their Monte's & taking pictures to share with those that are in a work warehouse prison (LOL)...
