Good Morning `Keane,
Isn't it great to have a `job & be able to go out & make $'s to pay for the things we have, want & desire.
I've been @ work since 11PM last eve & hope 2 get `off by noon 
Then it's Party Time (in my dreams) LOL
Wish you a Easy Work Day & Fun when you get off work...Enjoy & try to make it a good positive day in your life...

Good morning everyone!
Most temps are going to go back down for a day or so For the Northern half of the US while 2 cold fronts push off the eastern coast!
The southern US looks nice and warm! Spring is definitely on the way!
There is a slight Tornado/Hail threat for Eastern Texas/all of Louisiana today

Good Morning All,
I'm glad to hear spring is on the way.
Back still sore from shoveling, gotta go do my exercises.
Then I'm gonna try fixin some plumbing, got shut off valves to put in.
Then try figure out how to replace ceiling exhaust fans.
The joys of home ownership never end.
(since the bank owns part of my home, how come they never do their share of the maintenance?)

Sadly, pain lets us know that we are alive, but I prefer to find out in other ways. I hope that your pain leaves your body & mind.
The Bank only gives $'s money for more $'s back
& if we don't pay them back, they take what we have Be thankful 2 have
"Giving `up 2 Get, Giving `up to Give, Giving `up to Keep" >4-Ever< or, until you hit the Big Lotto!
Good Luck on the completions of your home improvements.
