Guys that sure was alot of work. My wife, sister and a friend of mine did it all, with the exception of the carpet and a few plumbing issues. I am so glad we are almost finished. It is listed for rent but not available till the weekend. Had a few lookers so far. I am not in a hurry for the next one. Ruined half of my summer. Need to do these when I am laid off instead of in the summer. But as Space says, "you must give up to get". Very true in this instance. Thanks for the compliments.

 

Hi `Jerry, I was taught by those that have been down many roads in `life before `me. I have learned in my `life that nothing Good in this Life seems to be easy (4-$ure) , but the rewards for Giving `Up to get can `be very rewarding..
