(Dayton water is almost as bad as miamisburg water...they usually have a sewage contamination/Boil advisory at least every month, i wont even feed my dog city water... he drinks bottled water like me!)

RJ, Windsor is like that now too. They autoplants are closing up. Therefore the little feeder plants and tool & die shops are closing too. Leaving lots of empty industrial space. With nothing coming in to fill them. Windsor currently has 15% unemployment rate. The highest in Canada!

Maybe we can rent an empty building and build our stuff for the Montes. Dont have to worry about shortages and bad quality control.
