I always say please and thank you...

Now earlier this week I said sorry to an employee, because I kinda got on their case for something and it turned out not to me their fault. I said my apologies, sorry for jumping to conclusions on this. Their response: "OMG, you said sorry, so unlike you." I was like WTF...I always apologize for things I mess up, or wrong assumptions....BUT this person happens to be a major dumb***, so maybe they feel I am always on their case...do I apologize when what I say or do is well earned??? NO!

 

HAHAHA that gave me a good chuckle at work.

I'm not violating the rules if I just got us a new smiley am I???

I taught my daughter and son to do the same. Zach is VERY good now about saying thanks.
