Pictures of your Monte on a strnge site

I was talking to someone here in town that i'd just met, he said he saw my car on LS1tech before, a site that i'm not a member on. Found out zach put it on there . I was actually tickled to death, because not only did that mean someone thought highly enough of my car to bring it up somewhere else (in a good way), but also, that they remembered it enough to ask about it. I would be ticked if it was a business making money off of it though. It'd be like taking credit for pirating someone elses work.

even if it is copyrighted, someone will find a way to change it just a little bit (in this case all it'd take is using a different fabric, font, or even color) to make it 10% different than what you designed, and it's not considered the same thing anymore.

It's not applicable to all situations, but on web sites I've helped people construct we use a little trick to deter people from copying pictures. We create a table and use the picture as the background of the cell. Then we put a transparent 'picture' in the cell so if they try to copy it all they get is the transparent 'picture'. It's not 100% foolproof, but it helps.
