i am glad i dont live in d.c. any more because that is a comon place. the police in d.c. will pull right out in front of you and make you hit them to make you a stutistic in there books for causing a accedent as well as getting arrested for striking a cop while on duty (yes i did say doooty ;P)but i am being serius if you are in the d.c. area make sure you have a groop of friends and family with you so you always have witnesses. to keep you out of jail in d.c. this is coming from some one who lived and walked in the streets of d.c. for 28 years and gave me the experence not to trust no one exept the ones that serve in the military. the military i trust every one else i dont trust.
