Yeah I have put a lot of money and time into my car (just like everyone else here) but the plan is to make a true SS clone. The only difference being the engine. I tracked down part numbers for everything from the bumper covers and rocker trim to the gauge cluster and steering wheel. I hope people can't tell the difference until I pop the hood haha

And by the way, @zjerry those corvette emblems look sweet on your car!!

Well I wouldn't have believed it had I not seen it, I just laughed, and I was just cruising along pretty good clip. Most of the time I am just short of 80 or so. But this guy just went right on by and there is a distinctive look to the spare doughnut tire. I think most of them say 45 mph max, I wish I would have had a dash cam.
The stuff I see sometimes is just crazy but I drive 40 to 50k per year, mostly with rental cars now. Its part of the job.
